Level of English Language: If English is not your first language, you must demonstrate an intermediate English language level.

To book your place on the course, a non-refundable $ 1500 deposit needs to be paid. The remaining amount must be paid at least four weeks before the starting date.
We accept payment made by cash, bank transfer, cheque, major credit cards (for deposit only).

Yes, we do personalized courses to suit the times and needs of each person. To do this, make an appointment with our staff and explain which your situation is, and a customized course will be designed for you.
Several restaurants in New York contact the school to hire professional chefs. We arrange interviews for our students.
International students, if not from US, may require a Student Visa to engage in Advanced Professional Chef Course of six months. Note that you can undertake the Professional Chef Course and Professional Chef Course - Italian Cuisine which are less than three months duration on a Visitor Visa. However, each case will be studied individually.

You can change your booking with 21 days notice. Chef Academy will change your starting date if there are still places available for the future course you wish to do. If any place left, you will be entitled for a full refund of course fees paid, less the £500 deposit which is non-refundable.
No courses fee refunds will be made for changes made less than 21 days before the course starting date.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Chef Academy will be happy to customize your course, however it must be discussed before the approval.
