Chef Academy students learn the art of cooking that provides a professional platform to gain experience whilst on the field. We offer bespoke, practical and effective courses that focus not only on teaching the main cooking techniques, but also teach the meaning of what it is like to be a chef working in a professional kitchen.

Meetings with the owners, employees, supervisors and chefs of companies belonging to the food and agriculture environment, who deal directly with the production, distribution, control and administration of food which is useful to the students to understand the restaurant business 360°.
The live training takes place in the kitchens of some of the best New York Restaurants, with the help of the Academy’s Educational Office. An initial test interview allows the coordinator to assess the motivational needs of each individual student and will also help with the student's integration within the various Restaurant Partners of the Academy.
