
This course is meant for students who want to become a Professional Chef, specializing in Italian cuisine. The aim of the course is to prepare students through practice in the kitchen.
During the first 100 hours of the course the students will learn and improve their knowledge and skills in every aspect, from the basic to most advanced techniques. The program covers every aspect of Italian gastronomy including traditional and innovative cuisine.
The second stage is 300 hours of training which will take place in one of our Italian Restaurant partners. Here, they will broaden their culinary imagination and particular attention is given to nutrition, gustatory perception, recipe development and spectacular plating presentations.
