During our 400 Hour programme you will be followed by one our chef trainers and will have the chance to get an insiders view of the restaurant business. After the Chef Academy of New York's 400 hours course, you will have all the tools to start your career immediately, you will be HACCP certified, have a IAO certification and a diploma signed by the Chef that has trained you in his kitchen.
